traditional series of classic hatha yoga postures, this class focuses on
toning and sculpting arm, leg, and core muscle groups while
cultivating a greater sense of balance and inner peace.

Pilates/Mat Pilates
A workout designed to increase your core strength, muscle balance, coordination, and flexibility.  This 60
minute class will focus on traditional Pilates movement patterns, use of breath, and correct alignment.  
Participants will be appropriately challenged through intensity options and will see improvement in their
posture and overall toning.
