We are pleased to offer therapeutic, myofascial, and deep tissue
massage at our Steiner Ranch location.
Therapeutic Massage: A variety of massage techniques are used to target areas of pain or
discomfort for rehabilitation or relief.
Sessions: 55 minutes/$80
Myofascial Massage: This type of massage focuses on the connective tissues of the muscles.
Techniques used will enhance movement in clients who have had surgery or severe injuries.
Sessions: 55 minutes/$85
Deep Tissue Massage: Working the deeper layers of muscle tissue to break-up scaring or chronic
problem areas. Not recommended for clients that are not acclimated to this type of massage.
Sessions: 55 minutes/$85
Nutrition Counseling
As our lives get busier, many of us overlook the importance of good diet and nutrition habits. Coupled with
regular exercise, good nutrition plays a critical role in how we look and feel. Registered Dietician Kristen
Burns provides complete nutritional counseling services and specializes in food sensitivities.
Sessions: $85/hour (discounts for multiple sessions)
Fitness Assessment
Assess your current fitness level and determine the best approach to your exercise routine. Each fitness
assessments includes measurements in body fat, cardiovascular function, strength, and balance.
Cost: $100 (Free with any 8 or 12 session personal training package.)
Accupuncture
Acupuncture is one of the oldest forms of healing in the world. It began in China over 2,500 years ago with
some sources dating it as far back as 5,000 years ago.. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a complete
medical system that is used to diagnose and treat illness, prevent disease, and improve overall health
and well-being. It is effective for physical, psychological, and emotional problems. In additon to
acupuncture, other aspects of TCM include herbology, moxibustion, cupping, Asian bodywork, dietary
modifications, and exercise recommendations.
Cost: $80/Session
Body Composition Analysis
This quick, painless test utilizes bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) to measure cellular health,
hydration, body fat, lean body tissue, and basal metabolic rate. This test is not recommended for anyone
with heart conditions or implantable electronic devices (including pacemakers).
Cost: $40
For the most reliable results, clients should:
- Avoid exercise for 12 hours prior to test
- No food or drink, except water, 4 hours prior to test
- Drink at least 8 oz. water 1 hour before test
- Avoid alcohol for 48 hours and caffiene for for 6 hours before testing
- Avoid diuretics 7 days before the test
- Empty bladder before test
