


Meleah Matthews
Meleah Matthews has been working in the Health and Fitness industry for over 10
years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Fitness,
certifications in Pilates, group exercise instruction and personal training. Meleah
as seen outstanding results with her clients using Myofascial massage techniques with
Pilates and strength training to help correct many physical issues, strengthen the core and gain endurance and minimize
injuries. In 2006, Meleah joined Wild Basin Fitness and also is a part-time Assistant Strength Coach and Pilates Trainer for
the University of Texas. She has also produced three Pilates DVDs for people of all fitness levels. (Steiner Ranch)
Kristen Burns
Kristen Burns is a registered and licensed dietitian that graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in
Nutrition. Upon completion of her internship and national certification exam, Kristen moved to California to work as a
clinical dietitian in a hospital concentrating on cardiac rehabilitation patients. She moved back to Austin to start her own
practice focusing on her true passions which are weight management and food sensitivities. Kristen's practice caters to
patients with digestive problems, prenatal nutrition needs, diabetes, and heart health issues as well. Kristen also earned her
Physical Fitness Specialist certification from the Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas and became certified in First Line Therapy

Hannah Frye
Hanna Frye is National Board certified (Diplomate) in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology by the National Certification
Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She was born and raised in Nebraska , completing her
undergraduate work at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln (UNL), and then moved to Austin , TX in 1999 where she
completed her Masters from the Academy of Oriental Medicine at Austin (AOMA). Hanna sees the importance of using
integrative medical approaches in bringing both Eastern and Western medicines together in order to provide the most
appropriate healthcare for every individual. She enjoys having the opportunity to be able to provide healthcare options to
