A commitment to each client and their individual goals is the foundation of Kai's practice.  Constant communication with the
client and implementing a program that goes  beyond just a "session" are just two of the various ways he honors this
commitment.  Kai believes that integrating fitness and nutrition into every person's individual lifestyle is essential. In addition
he focuses on empowering each client, as an individual, to ultimately embrace healthy habits and be independent of a
trainer as a necessary function of the personal training relationship. By incorporating life changes, a holistic result often
evolves from the most basic of client needs.  Kai has been a trainer in the Austin area for 16 years. His clients range from
college athletes  to senior citizens.  His focus in education at the University of Texas at Austin was in the field of Kinesiology
and Health Science.  His specialties in the field are numerous, with special emphasis including post-rehab strength and
conditioning, resistance training for endurance sports, triathlon training, strength training for women, pre, and post natal
conditioning and finally youth conditioning, which seemed to be a natural attachment and relief of many parent clients.
